SwyperThis Privacy Policy applies to the Swyper: Photo Cleaner mobile application (the “Application”), provided by Emrecan Er (the “Service Provider”) as a freemium service. This service is provided “AS IS”.
Information We Collect and How We Use It
The Application may collect limited information necessary to operate the app, improve performance, and provide subscription functionality.
Photo Library Access
The Application requests access to your photo library only so you can review, select, and delete photos and videos from your device.
The Application accesses your photo library content only after you grant permission.
Photo and video analysis is performed on-device to help identify content for cleanup.
Your photos and videos are not uploaded to our servers for storage or processing.
Deletion actions are performed only based on your interaction and confirmation through Apple’s system interfaces and permissions.
Automatically Collected Information
When you use the Application, certain limited technical information may be collected automatically, such as:
- device type
- operating system version
- app version
- general diagnostic information
- usage information related to app performance and feature usage
- advertising-related information when an ad is shown, such as your device’s IP address (used for approximate location), device identifiers, and ad interaction data (see “Advertising” below)
This information is used to maintain the Application, improve functionality, fix bugs, and understand overall product performance.
Subscriptions and Payments
The Application may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features.
Subscription purchases and billing are handled by Apple through your App Store account. We do not directly collect, process, or store your full payment card or billing information.
In order to operate subscription features, verify entitlement status, and restore purchases, the Application may process limited subscription-related information received from Apple and authorized third-party service providers such as RevenueCat.
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

Subscription and Purchase Information
The Application offers paid features through auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscription purchases are processed by Apple. We do not collect or store your full payment card information.
We may receive limited subscription status information from Apple and/or our subscription service provider in order to:
- verify active subscriptions
- unlock premium features
- restore purchases
- manage subscription access
Advertising
The free version of the Application offers optional rewarded ads, which you can choose to watch to receive extra deletes. Ads are provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC). Premium subscribers do not see ads.
When an ad is requested or shown, Google and its advertising partners may collect and process information from your device, including your IP address (for approximate location), device identifiers (such as the advertising identifier), information about the ads you have viewed and how you interacted with them, and diagnostic and performance data. This information is used to serve and measure ads, for analytics, and to keep the ads service working. This information may be linked to your device or to an app-specific identifier.
We request non-personalized ads only, and we do not use this information to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.
Ad Consent and Choices
Where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), the Application asks for your consent before showing ads, using Google’s consent tools. Where available, you can review or change your ad privacy choices from the Application’s settings. You can also limit ad tracking in your device’s Settings. Subscribing to Premium removes ads.

Third-Party Services
The Application may use third-party services that process limited data to support app functionality, subscriptions, analytics, or diagnostics.
Third-party services used by the Application may include: RevenueCat (subscription management) and Google AdMob (advertising).
Please review the privacy policies of these third-party providers, as their practices may differ from ours.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share limited information with third-party service providers only as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Application, including subscription management, advertising, analytics, crash reporting, and legal compliance.
We may disclose information:
- if required by law or legal process;
- to protect our rights, safety, or property;
- to investigate fraud, abuse, security, or technical issues;
- with service providers acting on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.
Data Retention
We retain automatically collected and service-related data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Application, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
The Application does not store your photo library content on our servers. Your photos and videos remain under your device and Apple account environment unless you choose otherwise through your device or cloud services.
If you contact us directly and provide personal information, we may retain that information as needed to respond to your request and keep appropriate business records.
Your Choices
You can limit or revoke photo library access at any time through your device settings.
You can also stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process available on your device or through the application marketplace.
Children’s Privacy
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email address below.
Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect the limited information we process. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Users
Depending on where you use the Application, your information may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to applicable laws and appropriate safeguards where required.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will update this page and revise the effective date below when changes are made. Your continued use of the Application after any update means you acknowledge the revised Privacy Policy.
